Paying for Pea should feel straightforward, and leaving should be straightforward too.
Recurring memberships
You can cancel Founding Families or Standard online through Manage Stripe billing. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Changed your mind?
If this is your first Pea payment and you contact us within 14 days of joining, we’ll refund that first payment. Email ed@peaonthetable.com from the email address on your Pea account.
V I Pea
V I Pea is a one-off payment, not a subscription. If you change your mind within 14 days of your first V I Pea purchase, contact us for a refund.
Something hasn’t worked properly?
Tell us. Your statutory rights are not affected. Where Pea has not supplied what it should have supplied, we will put it right, restore access where appropriate, or provide the remedy required by law.
After 14 days
Refunds are not normally given simply because a membership has not been used, but we will consider exceptional circumstances reasonably. This does not affect any legal right to a refund or other remedy.
Disputes and chargebacks
If a one-off V I Pea payment is disputed through the card network, V I Pea access may be suspended while the dispute is open. If the dispute is resolved in your favour, that does not prevent you contacting us directly if you still believe something is wrong.
